Dr. Debi Boeras is a global public health leader and molecular virologist with deep expertise in diagnostics, infectious diseases, and health systems strengthening across low- and middle-income countries.

She is the Founder and CEO of the Global Health Impact Group (GHIG) and leads the Global Health Continuing Professional Development (GHCPD) platform, a global learning and evidence-to-implementation resource supporting health workers, laboratories, and decision makers. Dr. Boeras has worked extensively across HIV, TB, AMR, malaria, and broader integrated diagnostics priorities, partnering with governments, WHO, Africa CDC, and global health agencies to translate evidence into practical guidance and sustainable approaches.

Her work focuses on strengthening equitable access to quality diagnostics, building capacity through locally relevant learning systems, and supporting responsible, context-driven innovation.
